• Evaluation in the field of International Development Cooperation and Public Administration (Performance Management and Digital Government).
• Conducted major commissioned research for establishing ODA (Official Development Assistance) strategies to strengthen diplomatic relations with key New Southern Policy (Laos) and New Northern Policy (Uzbekistan) target countries. Projects include the "Uzbekistan Higher Education Capacity Building (Business IT field) Project" and the "Laos Digital Innovation SME Department Establishment and Professional Human Resource Development Project."
