Students from CORE, a reactivation club of the Department of Sports Health and Rehabilitation, won third place in the research paper poster category of the Global University Student Kinesiology Conference at the 25th Kinesiology Congress, 2024 Kinesiology International Conference, supported by TEAM Education Certification.

The congress was held at Kyung Hee University International Campus from October 26th (Saturday) to 27th (Sunday), and various kinesiology-related programs such as guest speakers, (international) free speech festival, (professional) kinesiology academic presentation, master's and doctoral thesis presentation, global university student kinesiology academic presentation competition, (international) K-POP GX contest, and functional anatomy contest were held.

The students of the Department of Sports Health and Rehabilitation made academic presentations on a total of two topics, and as a result, Hyun-Ki Lee and five others (Shin Jae-Won, Jung Hwan-Gyu, Na Sung-Min, Cho Ho-Hyun, Lim Na-Yeon, and advisor JiHyun Chun) were awarded the first prize.

The Department of Sports, Health, and Rehabilitation at Kookmin University participated in the annual Exercise History Congress and International Congress of Kinesiology to showcase its excellent performance in the field of health and rehabilitation and to foster creative talents in the field of sports and rehabilitation through clinical experience and high-quality research.
