As university students the team meeting has become an essential point, not a simple selection anymore. For the assignments as well as tests, the given mission for students at the end of the semester is to complete the tasks through teamwork. Regardless of department, most team meeting assignments are given a time and a place, but there aren't many students who know about the time or place for the team meeting other than in their own respective college. The know-how on making great 'team-pl' on the campus under any circumstance is presented here for you.
On the third floor of the College of Economics and Business building is the Academic Conference Hall. Unless you are a student of the College of Business Administration, you would not know this. And many students do not know the place that is next to the Academic Conference Hall. It is known to students in the College of Business Administration, and that this area can be used for much more pleasant activities other than the Bugak Hall lobby where there are many students always full of loud voices. It has vending machines for beverages and has bright and pretty glass windows that are part of the concert hall. A team meeting could be enjoyed while looking at the full view of the school.
Hue Place is located on the third floor of College of Forestry Science (No. 7 Hall). You can see it as you walk to about the middle along the 3rd floor entry. This place is recommended if a small group of 5-6 people want to hold serious discussions at a place where other students don't know well. This place is not known well by students and there is almost no passage of students, so it offers a very quite space. Since this is a quite place, it is more appropriate for discussion and talking rather than the team meetings which tends to get loud.
The UIT Cafe is located between International Hall and the College of Economics and Business. It has a broad space with pleasant interior and that can allow you to have an energetic team meeting under a comfortable atmosphere. It has a table with a PC to surf the Internet so you may have certain information available on the spot. Compared to other places, this is the place aimed most closely for 'team-pl' to accommodate more than 10 members.
If you set out for undertaking the team meeting of our own in independent space without any interference, we recommend the main and small conference rooms at the Student Union Center. They are located on the third floor of Student Union Center, and rental is available for anyone with a student ID and such ID's are to be presented to the Student Association. The conference room is independent and it offers the strength of having the members of the team meeting, allowing them to work freely on the association. Also, Welfare Center has conference rooms available with the same procedure as above, and if any member of a community from the Community Association may consider this option.
For any student in College of Law, the team meetings are held in the seminar rooms on the second and third floors of College of Law. These broad and pleasant spaces would be the optimal place for team meetings since there are beam projectors and computers. If you are working with a group on computer-facilitated multi-media assignment, the video and sound effect data room on the second floor of College of Art is recommended. It has the strength to use several computers at the same time as well as lending several multi-media data. It also has useful tables for such a team meeting. However, loud noise is not welcome in this building. If this is a team meeting consisted only of female students, the rest area for female students on the third floor of Student Union Center is recommended. The first floor of Buhak Hall also has a female lounge, but it may not be pleasant for the team meeting since many female students use the place. However, the lounge on the third floor of the Student Union Center offers a place for female students to share conversation comfortably in a broad and pleasant space.
