The Korean Association of Ballet opened the 31st Seoul Ballet Contest where a student from the Department of Performing Arts and Multimedia, Hanwul Ryu, won the gold prize in nomination of the "Classic Section".

- Primary Election: May 21 (Sat), 2011, Seoul Education and Culture Hall, 9:30AM

- Final Election: May 22 (Sun), 2011, Seoul Education and Culture Hall, 10:00AM

 

Hanwul Ryu graduated from the School of Performing Arts at Kookmin University and currently studies at the Department of Performing Arts and Multimedia, specializing in Dance Performance. She has played “Choonhyang”, “Swan Lake”, “La Bayadere”, and “Paquita”, and as a result won the gold prize through two rounds of elections.
